Anyone who's served knows the egg banjo. It's the fried egg sandwich that got you through early starts, long exercises and cold mornings, usually with a brew in the other hand and yolk down your front.
We've brought it back, and built a breakfast club around it.
The Egg Banjo Club is a relaxed, friendly morning for veterans from every service, every era and every rank. There's no agenda, no forms to fill in and nobody checking your kit. Just good food, a proper brew and the kind of banter you've missed since leaving.
Come along to catch up with old mates, meet new ones, or just sit and enjoy your breakfast in good company. Partners and families are welcome too.
If you'd like a chat about anything else while you're here, the Forward Assist team will be around. There's no pressure, but there's always someone to talk to.
