Forward Assist offer fully funded yoga sessions as part of a programme of activities to facilitate Post Traumatic Growth.  This is used to compliment the other activities delivered to assist in reducing stress, anxiety and social isolation, as well as promoting increased confidence and a healthier lifestyle. 

Yoga is an ancient art based on harmonising the development of the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment.
