Forward Assist offers fully funded yoga sessions as part of a programme of Post Traumatic Growth.  This is used to compliment the other activities delivered to assist in reducing stress, anxiety and social isolation, as well as promoting increased confidence and a healthier lifestyle. 

Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonising system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment.
